01Agreement and Acceptance
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet at Wolf 77 (accessible at wolf77.im), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the entire legal agreement between you and Wolf 77 regarding your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform in any way.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered under the Wolf 77 brand, including but not limited to: card games, slot games, live casino games, Andar Bahar, fishing games, jackpot slots, and all promotional offers and bonuses. Where specific game rules or promotional terms differ from these general terms, the specific rules take precedence for that game or promotion only.
Important: These terms are updated periodically. Wolf 77 will notify registered players of material changes via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
02Eligibility
To register and play at Wolf 77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Wolf 77 does not permit accounts for individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and automated entities are not permitted to hold accounts.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law at the time of play.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a Wolf 77 employee or contractor.
- You must not have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Wolf 77 platform.
Wolf 77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited regardless of whether the minor registered independently or with adult assistance.

03Account Registration
Each person is permitted to hold exactly one Wolf 77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or any other approach — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Wolf 77 will use the mobile number you provide as the primary contact for account communications, OTP verification, and withdrawal confirmations.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your Wolf 77 account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Wolf 77 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Wolf 77 support immediately at support@wolf77.im to have the account secured.
All activity that occurs through your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised each action. Wolf 77 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.
Two-factor authentication is available for all Wolf 77 accounts and is strongly recommended. Enable it from the Security section of your account dashboard. It takes under one minute to set up and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
04Deposits and Withdrawals
All Wolf 77 account balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, symbol Rs). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Withdrawal Processing
Wolf 77 commits to processing all Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal requests within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within 4 hours during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 PKT). Requests submitted outside banking hours are queued and processed at the start of the next banking session.
Wolf 77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals that exceed Rs 500,000 in a single transaction or Rs 2,000,000 within a 30-day period. Requested documents must be submitted within 5 business days or the withdrawal request will be returned to your Wolf 77 balance pending resubmission after verification is complete.
Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit to the same Wolf 77 account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraudulent withdrawal redirections.
05Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotions offered at Wolf 77 are subject to these general terms plus any specific promotional terms published alongside the individual offer. Where a conflict exists between general and specific terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
Standard Bonus Conditions
- Wagering requirement: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 15,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
- Validity period: Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited to an account and wagering requirements that are not met within 30 days of bonus activation will be automatically removed from the account, including any winnings derived from them.
- Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including Andar Bahar and Teen Patti contribute 10%. Fishing games contribute 20%. The specific contribution rate for each game is shown in the game lobby.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: While bonus funds are active in your balance, the maximum single bet per round is Rs 2,000 unless specified otherwise in the bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
- One bonus per player: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. A new bonus cannot be activated until the current one is either fully wagered or has expired. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Wolf 77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted and activated a bonus will not be affected by changes to that specific offer.
06Game Rules and Bets
All games available at Wolf 77 operate under independently verified rules. The outcome of every game result is determined either by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for digital games or by the physical outcome observed in live dealer streams. Wolf 77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Valid Bets
A bet is considered valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Wolf 77 system, as evidenced by the bet appearing in your account's bet history. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical issues (network disconnection, browser crash, server timeout) before system confirmation are not valid and the stake will be returned to your balance.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a proven technical malfunction affecting a game's outcome at Wolf 77, the affected round will be voided and all stakes returned to players. Wolf 77 is not liable for losses sustained as a result of technical issues outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, device-level problems, or third-party payment provider outages.
Disconnections During Live Games
If you are disconnected from a live dealer game at Wolf 77 after a bet has been confirmed, the game will proceed without your continued participation. Any winnings from a confirmed bet that completes in your absence will be credited to your balance automatically once the round result is processed.
07Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Wolf 77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:
- Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one Wolf 77 account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
- Bonus abuse: Creating accounts or using third-party accounts specifically to claim bonuses, using coordinated accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting errors in bonus calculation systems.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage, sharing hand information in live card games, or engaging in chip dumping in any game format.
- Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical aid not authorised by Wolf 77 to place bets or interact with games.
- Fraudulent payments: Depositing via stolen, compromised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials. Initiating chargebacks on genuine deposits to reclaim funds while retaining winnings.
- Money laundering: Using the Wolf 77 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
- Identity fraud: Registering an account under a false identity, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting your age.
- Harassment: Using the platform's communication features to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or Wolf 77 staff members.
Fair play is the foundation of Wolf 77.
08Account Suspension and Closure
Wolf 77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, or if continued operation of the account would create legal or regulatory risk for the platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account is frozen during the review period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be partially or wholly forfeited depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting Wolf 77 support. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out subject to standard withdrawal processing terms, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding verification requests are pending.
Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — cannot be reopened before the self-exclusion period ends, regardless of the reason for the request. This policy is maintained to protect players who have identified a need to step away from gaming.
09Responsible Gaming
Wolf 77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Wolf 77 players from the account dashboard:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive increases during a losing session.
- Session time reminders: Configure alerts at intervals of your choice (30, 60, or 90 minutes) that remind you how long you have been playing. The reminder appears as an on-screen overlay and requires acknowledgement to dismiss.
- Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet. Existing withdrawal requests are processed normally.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account with a minimum self-exclusion period of 12 months. After 12 months, you may contact support to request reinstatement after a mandatory review. Wolf 77 will not market to self-excluded players during their exclusion period.
- Reality check: A running display of your net balance change since the start of the current session, visible at all times while games are open.

10Privacy and Data
By creating a Wolf 77 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Wolf 77 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is a separate document and should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions. It describes exactly what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights regarding your personal data.
Wolf 77 does not sell or transfer player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processing partners, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where legally required. All data is stored and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
11Limitation of Liability
Wolf 77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, Wolf 77 makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wolf 77's total liability to any player for any cause of action arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Wolf 77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages regardless of the cause.
Wolf 77 is not responsible for any losses arising from: internet connectivity failures; device-level problems including software conflicts or hardware failures; actions taken by payment providers outside Wolf 77's reasonable control; or any delay in the processing of bets or payouts caused by third-party service disruptions.
12Changes to These Terms
Wolf 77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor or administrative changes that do not materially affect player rights, Wolf 77 may post notice on the platform without individual notification.
The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at wolf77.im/terms-conditions and the "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made. If you disagree with changes to the terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account before the revised terms take effect.
13Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the Wolf 77 platform shall be governed in accordance with the operating licence under which Wolf 77 holds authority to offer its services. Players agree that any dispute arising from their use of the platform shall first be submitted to Wolf 77's internal complaints procedure before any other remedy is pursued.
To raise a formal complaint with Wolf 77, contact support@wolf77.im with a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting documentation. Wolf 77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a full written response within 5 business days.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through Wolf 77's internal process, you have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority. Details of the appropriate authority are available from Wolf 77 support on request.
